Section 3. STATION RESPONDER BOARD

ALL PVFD personnel responding shall place their PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TAG (PAT) in the responding column on the responder board at the PVFD station. Exception will be officer(s) who have responded to the scene. The type of incident will be marked and the location written down
